Create Your Rad TV Channel

A step-by-step guide to creating a channel on Rad TV

Creating Your Channel and Publishing Video Content

1. Sign in to your existing rad account or create a new free account at https://rad.live/

2. After you have set up your account click the ‘Create’ button at the top of the navigation bar on a web version of rad (desktop/mobile)

3. You will now be prompted to create your Rad TV Channel

   1. Complete the form for the following

      1. Channel Name

      2. Channel Description

      3. Short Description

4. Now it’s time to upload your channel's brand assets

   1. Make sure your asset dimensions are 1920x1080 or 16:9 and either JPG, PNG, GIF, or SVG and a max size of 200MB

   2. Upload an image for your Channel Banner

      1. This is the image displayed at the top of your channel and the first thing viewers will see when they land on your channel

      
   3. Upload an image for your Channel Thumbnail

      1. This image is displayed across apps to represent your channel and can be the same image as your channel banner

      Upload an image for your Channel Avatar

      1. This image is cropped to a square and represents your channel anywhere your avatar appears

      
   4. Upload an image for your Channel Logo

      1. This image is shown in our iOS apps and will be used for channel discovery in the near future

5. Click Create Channel at the bottom of the page and you will be redirected to the Creator Studio that looks like this

   

   From here you can upload new videos, view your channel, or update your channel’s appearance by clicking Customize Your Channel.
